He is a graduate of the Washington College of Law at American University and is admitted to the District of Columbia and the United States Patent bars. He is member of the American Bar Association and the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law. Dr. Maman has had a longstanding interest in areas such as addiction and mental health, and was the founder of an innovative addiction treatment program called “Blue Gate” for the State of Maryland.
