The complete "Save Our History: Save Our Sounds" program will premiere on the History Channel at 8 p.m. EST on Thursday, Dec. 26. The International Children's Digital Library (ICDL) will make its debut during a ceremony in the Great Hall of the Library of Congress, 10 First St. S.E., Washington, D.C., on Nov. 20 at 5:30- 7:30 p.m. The press is invited to attend. The ICDL is a Web site project that will make freely available online more than 200 children's books from around the world. The Library of Congress is contributing digitized versions of 50 books from its Rare Book and Special Collections Division and general collections. All books are in the public domain.
