It was an easy fix, but if not for Covid it might not have happened. Having said all that, I can't fault the local GP rollout of the Covid vaccine, and also this year's flu vaccine which I had about a month ago. It's worked like clockwork and I never had to queue. I was making, patients are getting the service for free if they want to moan about not getting an appointment or having to wait moan to the GP not the reception staff. when people are not well and waiting over a hour after their appointment time people become irritated because they not well , some people are medically exempt from wearing masks , in my opinion if the surgery’s turned the heating down somewhat one they would save money , two they would stop the spread of these nasty virus some receptionists think they know it all but ask them a serious question the reply is “I’m not medically qualified “ and you state going for the private option why ?
