Under the Emergency Powers (sic) Act which was signed, I believe he does have that ultimate power. Robbie Ates no. He didn’t close everything down, therefore he does not have the authority to order things to be opened back up. Robbie Ates may God be with you then If the President could make an order that superseded the constitution, that would effectively render the constitution null and void. He’s a megalomaniac, isn’t he? Very frightening in this pandemic to have a lunatic at the helm. Does Trump think what he just said is his “saving grace ?” People have died because he didn’t do anything from the start and now he’s trying to cover himself. So where were all the governors that are “really in control” then?
