A very special style, man, and still influencing cookery .. he was my main inspiration. So sad, especially being so young. He was one of the "celebrity" chefs I thought was the Horse Christmas tree shirt. Not pretentious. Sympathy to his family. What sad and shocking news. Very sad indeed. My thoughts are with all his family, friends and colleagues who must be devastated. I had the opportunity to cook alongside him, an amazing person, he will be missed. Used to watch him all the time back in the day. He had such a friendly, calm demeanor and was very softspoken. He will be missed. My condolences to his family and loved ones.
