It’s not my good fortune to have rentals it’s my hard work. I know how it works. I’m not an idiot. It’s just not socialist to choose to forego rent collections. What do you care if the landlord willingly chooses to help tenants? I didn’t realize helping people was such an evil concept. ABSOLUTELY! I told my banks they could keep their SO CALLED help and I’ll figure it out! Otherwise, they will end up with my rentals! Then BOTH ME AND MY TENANTS will be put out! (My bank for my personal residence offered the same thing!) SMH! I do like that spreading goodwill amongst tenants he actually realizes he might owe some respect and appreciation the only tenants who don't deserve a break on paying their rent, are the section 8 people who don't hold down jobs anyway.
